The Company is offering a Secured Investment offer to the investors in the venture as follows
The Company will allot plot and execute Registered Sale Agreement in favor of investors as per their investment. The allotment of plots are through Computer Random Selection System.
The Offer is limited to 2500 plots of 200 Sq Yards each only and the offer closes on 30.09.2009
Rent on Plot

The Company will pay rent per annum in advance to the plot allotted as follows
The Investors has the Option to get Register the Plot at the end of 1st Year before receiving 2nd Year Rent by paying an Amount of Rs. 530/- Per Sq Yard as Developmental Charges.
The Investors can also own the Plot allotted to them at any time after receiving the 2nd Year Rent by paying difference of prevailing market rate up to 5 years.
End of 3rd Year – Investment + 20% of Investment as Green Incentives
End of 4th Year – Investment + 30% of Investment as Green Incentives
End of 5th Year – Investment+ 50% of Investment as Green Incentives
Rent for every year is paid in advance by the company till the investors take back their advance amount maximum up to 5 years.
If the company fails to keep up the commitment on advance rent payment or refund of advance amount as per above schedule the company will execute registered sale deed in Invester’s favour without any extra amount.
At the end of 3 Years – 69% (Rent + Green Incentives)
At the end of 4 Years – 98% (Rent + Green Incentives)
At the end of 5 Years -139% (Rent + Green Incentives)
If one year Rent paid in advance by company is reinvested in Fixed Deposit of a Bank @ 8% Per Annum.
Site Visit is arranged from the Corporate Office of the Company to the Investors who wish to invest by prior appointment. For out station investors return second class train fare is reimbursed for two from their Home town mentioned in application.
If the Out station Investors are not satisfied with the site, the amount will be refunded without deducting any amount within 15 days from the date of site visit .
